About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to define and elevate how PictureWealth and our Welfie app are experienced visually across every touchpoint. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a designer who combines strong creative judgement with modern design execution. You’ll be just as comfortable refining brand identity as you are designing high‑quality presentations, marketing assets, and client‑facing materials. Working closely with marketing, product, and leadership, you’ll translate ideas into visual experiences that feel clear, credible, and engaging. You’ll also bring a modern perspective on how AI can support creative workflows while maintaining strong design fundamentals. This role is based in Perth (hybrid working arrangement) . Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and uphold PictureWealth’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design high‑quality presentations and visual narratives for advisers, clients, and leadership
- Create digital campaign assets across web, social, and email channels
- Produce polished print and client‑facing materials (reports, event collateral)
- Contribute to product‑facing visuals for Welfie (e.g. onboarding, app store assets)
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand outputs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life
- Explore and apply AI‑assisted design tools where they add value About You
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic, digital, or brand design
- Solid portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual design and thinking
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems
- Experience designing presentations and simplifying complex information visually
- Comfortable working across digital and print outputs
- Experience using Figma for visual design (UI/UX not required)
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders across different teams Nice to Have
- Experience with motion or video tools (After Effects, Premiere)
- Exposure to AI design tools (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Figma AI)
