Cladding Division Manager – Build & Lead a New Business …, Perth

An established, fast-growing business delivering high-quality façade, screening, and fabrication projects across Western Australia. We are now launching a dedicated Cladding & Facades Division and are seeking a driven, commercially minded leader to take ownership and build this division from the ground up. This is a rare prospect to step into a “run your own business within a business” role, with strong earning potential tied directly to performance. The Role You will be responsible for establishing and growing our cladding division, including:
- Identifying and securing new project opportunities (builders, architects, developers)
- Estimating and pricing cladding packages (e.g. MondoClad, CFC, aluminium systems)
- Managing projects from award through to completion
- Building supplier and subcontractor networksDriving profitability, budgets, and cost control
- Working closely with internal drafting, fabrication, and install teams
- Developing systems, processes, and team structure as the division grows What We’re Looking For
