The Role And What We Are Looking For We are looking for driven, resilience-focused sales professionals to join our Risk Service Executive team—an outbound sales team responsible for renewing and growing our Capricorn Mutual protection portfolio. This role is centred on proactive outbound engagement, where success comes from building trust, identifying Member needs, and confidently converting opportunities. Capricorn Mutual is an alternative to traditional insurance, offering a unique, Member-first protection solution. As a Risk Services Executive (RSE), You Will
- Manage a portfolio of Members, taking ownership of renewal conversations to retain and protect business
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and new protections
- Identify Member needs and position tailored protection outcomes using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention targets
- Handle objections confidently and utilise assumptive closing techniques to secure outcomes
- Deliver a high-quality Member experience while balancing performance metrics and compliance requirements We’re looking for someone with robust sales experience, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-focused environment. Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous, but not essential.
