- Client Executive is responsible for coordinating risk placements, managing policy documentation, and overseeing the full policy lifecycle to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient service delivery. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and market stakeholders, supporting business development initiatives, and maintaining high standards of client service. Working closely with Client Managers and internal teams, the Client Executive ensures timely transactions, effective renewals management, and adherence to regulatory and financial reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate risk placements, including preparation and maintenance of all policy documentation
- Prepare underwriting submissions, quotation slips, endorsements, and certificates of currency
- Manage policy renewals, transactions, invoicing, and financial processing with accuracy
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Support business development through opportunity identification and program design
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, underwriters, and market representatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and operate within a paperless workflow system Applicants must have at least 2 years of Insurance experience and hold essential Tier 1 qualifications (AU). About You:
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Competent in IT systems and committed to maintaining regulatory and professional standards A salary of $105,000
