The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources/Recruitment Administrator to join our Perth Human Resources team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate recruiter to be part of a supportive and cooperative team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end onboarding process for new starters, including preparing and sending first day information and ensuring system access, training, and resources are set up prior to commencement.
- Prepare and issue employment offers and supporting documentation to candidates and/or the recruitment team in a timely manner.
- Manage employment contract generation and distribution via the onboarding system, ensuring accurate record keeping within the recruitment tracker.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide updated employee information and support system or payroll changes as required.
- Provide administrative support across recruitment activities, including reference checking and coordination of candidate documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, adapting to business needs and priorities. Here's what you'll need:
- Proven experience in a similar HR or recruitment administration role.
- Strong ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure while proactively seeking support when needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management, documentation, and processes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with HR systems and databases. Why Join Us?
