Business Development and Client Outreach Coordinator (Perth)

We are a boutique luxury event planning studio operating two luxury brands in Perth We are growing and we are looking for a people-person to help us bring in new clients and build our presence in the Perth luxury market. This is not a desk job. It is a relationship-building role that suits someone who loves being out in the city, connecting with businesses, and genuinely enjoys helping people find the right service for one of the most key moments of their lives. What you will be doing
- Following up on inbound enquiries from our ads quickly and warmly, qualifying leads and moving them toward a booking conversation
- Reaching out to Perth businesses including jewellers, golf clubs, hotel concierge teams, high-end restaurants, and men’s lifestyle brands to introduce our services and build referral partnerships
- Visiting venues and businesses in person to drop materials and have genuine conversations about collaboration
- Tracking all leads and outreach contacts in a simple pipeline and reporting back weekly
- Representing both brands with professionalism and warmth in every interaction Who we are looking for: You do not need a background in event planning. What matters far more is who you are and how you show up.
- You are naturally warm, confident, and socially at ease in luxury environments
- You are self-motivated and do not need to be micromanaged to take action
- You are organised and follow through on what you say you will do
- You are energised by commission results, not just an hourly rate
- You have a genuine interest in the luxury space, proposals, weddings, or high-end experiences
- You have a background in hospitality front-of-house, high-end retail, real estate, travel, or a similar people-facing role
- You are well dressed and maintain a high standard of grooming
- You are based in Perth and have your own transport, car and laptop What we are offering
- Casual part-time role starting at approximately 3 to 5 hours per week with room to grow
- Hourly rate for outreach hours worked
- Commission
