NDY Mechanical Engineer, Perth

About The Role You will be joining the highly regarded Perth Mechanical team, with role will predominantly be focused on the delivery of multiple sectors including Data Centers, Commercial Office, Hotel & Residential, Retail and Laboratory projects As part of a skilled, technical team you can expect to be exposed to various projects, from smaller investigations to large-scale refurbishment projects. - Over 3 years of professional building services engineering experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- This includes initial feasibilities, concept design, detailed design, construction, and project handover.
- Solid experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls, especially in high-rise commercial office systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including written reports
- A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is a plus. Additional Information
