Main Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting visitors and clients

Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and records

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars

Preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation

Supporting different departments with administrative tasks

Ensuring the office environment is organized and well-maintained

Assisting with data entry and basic office management duties

Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative or secretarial work (preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Skilled attitude and customer-oriented approach
