Restaurant Host/hostess - The Meat & Wine Co Perth

Our **Perth**restaurant is looking for experienced and dedicated **Restaurant & Reservations Hosts** to become part of our professional and hard-working team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

**Your day-to-day duties may include**:

- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Res-diary experience an advantage
- Current RSA certificate
- Adaptable availability over a 7-day rotating roster
