At **Black Diamond Agency,** we bring brands & events to life! We activate real conversations between brands and their customers through events, promotions, expos, and retail pop-ups.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Giving away freebies and spreading smiles and good vibes
- Chatting with customers and collecting leads
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Guest registration & event hosting
- Serving food & drinks
- Helping with simple event set-ups and pack-downs
- Step into character and dress up as a mascot or fun costume character (yes, seriously!)

**You could find yourself working at**:

- Stadiums (NRL, AFL, A-League, Rugby)
- Beaches (sun + free samples = best shift ever)
- Train stations (flyering + meeting new faces)
- Shopping centres (retail pop-ups)
- Expo halls and trade shows (think: cool booths and buzzing crowds)
- Corporate offices

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Outgoing people with a bubbly personality, positive vibe and a can-do attitude!
- Excellent communicators (English skills on point) who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease
- People who love looking sharp and polished
- Team players who can also shine when working solo
- Dependable and reliable individuals who can commit to the shifts they choose
- Must be reasonably fit (you'll be on your feet having fun!)

**Required Qualifications**:

- previous experience as an Event Manager **or** as a Manager within the retail, food & beverage, and hospitality industries
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing a team of more than 5 people

Pay: $31.00
- $65.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Team Management: 1 year (preferred)
