- Fixed Term 2 years

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. The Security Officer will be responsible for providing tactical personnel support and ensuring the safety and security of our employees and visitors to our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Monitor and operate security systems and equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarms.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Provide support to the operational team by implementing security protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to security operations.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security plans and risk assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service while always maintaining a professional demeanor

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Valid Security Officer license or relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, preferably in a tactical or personnel support capacity.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make quick, sound decisions.
- Proficient in using security equipment and systems, including CCTV monitoring and access control.
- Ability to work rotational roster
- Physical fitness and the capability to perform patrol duties for extended periods.
- Understanding of emergency response procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
