Based in a Child Safety Service Centre (CSSC), you will work closely with other CSOs reporting to, and supported by, your Senior Team Leader. We all wish our jobs weren’t needed. That would mean we’ve achieved our goal: that every child in Queensland is safe and cared for. But as long as we’re needed, our people will show up. And what incredible people they are.
We’re all unique and come from diverse backgrounds, but here’s some common sentiments you’ll hear about a career with us:
- **Are you generally a positive person?**:
- An optimistic, can-do attitude really helps here. Just ask XXX
- **Are you able to adapt if things don’t go to plan?**
- Here, we expect the unexpected. That means being flexible, agile and resilient, whatever comes our way. XX knows this better than anyone. XX
- **Are you independent but also ready to ask for help when you need it? **There are plenty of tough cookies in our team. But we all know that “it takes a village”. And together, we get through the tough times and enjoy the good ones. As part of our XX, XX has experienced first-hand how working with great people can lift you up and keep you strong._**Want to learn more about the people you’ll be working with?
