Marketing and E-Commerce Co-Ordinator (Perth)

We’re looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to drive marketing activity across retail, catering, and digital. Working closely with the administration team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, driving digital performance, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently across every channel. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys both thinking and doing — someone who can take initiative, stay organised, and continuously improve how things are done. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels
- Manage and optimise website, email marketing and online listings
- Support e‑commerce performance, focusing on customer experience and conversion
- Assist with PR, partnerships and brand activity
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality execution
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all touchpoints
- Support content planning and creation across digital, social and in‑store About You
- Experience in a marketing, digital or e‑commerce role (2–5 years preferred)
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food or retail
- A strong generalist skillset across marketing, digital and/or PR
- Good understanding of digital channels including email, social and website management
- Commercial awareness – you understand how marketing contributes to results
- Able to interpret data and use it to improve performance
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
