Production Supervisor / Safety Supervisor (Concrete Manufacturing)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Safety Supervisor to support and assist in the day-to‑day operations of our concrete manufacturing plant in Neerabup.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can balance production performance with a solid focus on workplace safety and is looking to step into or grow within a leadership position.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production output while maintaining high safety and quality standards across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily production planning and coordination

Monitor product quality and address inconsistencies

Supervise and support production staff on shift

Promote and enforce workplace health & safety procedures

Conduct basic safety checks, hazard identification, and reporting

Ensure compliance with site safety policies and regulations

Record production data, adjustments, and incidents

Assist with troubleshooting plant and equipment issues

Support continuous improvement in both production and safety systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production (preferred)

Strong commitment to workplace safety and risk awareness

Valuable communication skills and leadership potential

Ability to identify problems and take initiative

Physically fit and comfortable in a hands‑on setting

Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

Proficient at using a computer
