Communications & Engagement Coordinator Primary location: West Perth, WA, AU Jakarta, ID Job posting end date: 06/16/2026 Help shape how we communicate, connect, and engage — using AI and digital tools. We’re looking for a Communications & Engagement Coordinator to support internal communications, employee engagement, and culture initiatives across Asia Pacific. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating communications, events, and engagement activities, and is keen to build experience using AI and digital platforms to improve how organisations connect with their people. What you'll do: You’ll support day‑to‑day internal communications and engagement initiatives, working closely with HR, leaders, and regional and global teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating internal communications across Viva Engage, Share Point, email, and presentations
- Using and developing skills in AI and digital tools to support content creation and efficiency
- Supporting engagement initiatives such as Town Halls, wellbeing, and inclusion programs
- Coordinating internal events (virtual and in‑person)
- Tracking engagement, participation, and feedback, and supporting reporting What you'll bring:
- An interest in people, communication, and engagement
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Interest in learning and applying AI and digital tools
- Experience in communications, events, or coordination (desirable)
- Build experience in internal communications and employee engagement
- Develop practical skills in AI and contemporary digital platforms
- Contribute to meaningful culture, inclusion, and RAP initiatives
