Full Time Cafe Manager Position, Perth WA

We are currently seeking a full time Cafe Manager to join our team at CHEOL’S Perth Location. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75k to $80k + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day cafe operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cafe staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage by assigning tasks, coordinating work shifts, timetables, and staff leave.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock and cafe supplies.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure that the cafe adheres to all sanitation, health and safety regulations.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:
