We're a small crew that takes pride in doing things properly. About the Role We're looking for a skilled, experienced landscaper to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be working across residential projects close to the city and western suburbs, delivering high-quality hardscape and softscape work to a standard that matches the homes we build. What You'll Be Doing
- Bricklaying, paving (mortar and sand base), stone laying and retaining walls
- Demonstrated proficiency in all hardscape skills including bricklaying, paving, stone laying and retaining walls is essential
- Decking, patios and pergolas
- Reticulation, planting and turf laying
- Working from plans and drawings with minimal supervision
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship on every job

What We're Looking For
- Trade qualification in landscaping or equivalent — or a landscaper with strong, proven experience across both hard and softscapes
- Minimum 4-5 years of skilled landscaping experience required
- White Card
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Own tools
- Someone who takes pride in their work and can get on with the job independently
- Australian work eligibility required (valid work visa minimum) What We Offer
