About the Role We're looking for a Senior Wayfinding Designer who can turn complex spaces into clear, intuitive experiences. This role blends strategic spatial thinking, graphic design, and human-centered problem-solving to create wayfinding systems that help people navigate environments with ease and confidence. You'll collaborate across design disciplines within project teams to deliver cohesive wayfinding solutions spanning all major sectors. What you'll do:
- Design wayfinding and signage systems for internal and external built environments
- Work independently across projects of varying scale and sector
- Lead project wayfinding teams or support senior team members as needed
- Develop design concepts into detailed, accurate, and buildable documentation for signage and environmental graphics
- Coordinate with internal designers, external consultants, contractors, clients, fabricators
- Present work to stakeholders and contribute to client-facing communications About you: We are excited to welcome someone with:
- 6+ years of industry experience as a wayfinding designer, preferably within a dedicated wayfinding practice
- Solid graphic and typographic skills with high attention to detail
- Solid understanding of technical requirements
- able to take projects from concept through construction documentation and delivery
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality
