- Full Time Location: Perth Job Category: Engineering Job Description In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing complex installation and service work, advising on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. If you have a passion for helping make peoples lives better, this is the job for you! What You Will Do
- Install and Service Equipment: Provide remote and onsite technical support, including installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electro/mechanical issues.
- Technical Support & Organisational Expertise: Attend customer sites to assess equipment efficiency, condition and environment, and identify and resolve instances of non-performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships through consistency, reliability and understanding their needs.
- Admin / Paperwork: Maintain detailed and accurate service reports, manage spare parts holdings and usage, and complete site surveys and installation reports. What We Are Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in prepress, electronics or IT.
- Applicable printing/graphics industry experience.
- Electronic/technical problem-solving experience (desirable).
- Good communication and listening skills.
