Immediate Underground Opportunity for experienced Charge-Up Crew **Your recent company** Underground Charge Up Crew with a valid WA Shot firer’s Licence for an immediate start at a well-established underground operation located in Kalgoorlie.n (FIFO and Residential opportunities available). This opportunity offers ongoing work with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment, within a safety‑driven production environment. **Your new role** You will be responsible for the safe and compliant charging of development rounds and stopes in accordance with blast designs, site procedures, and Western Australian legislation. **Key Responsibilities**
- Charge development rounds and longholes in line with blast plans
- Operation of charge‑up equipment including Normet Charmec, Orica, or Dyno Nobel emulsion delivery systems
- Handling and loading of ANFO and emulsion explosives
- Conduct pre‑start inspections and basic maintenance of charge‑up equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with explosives handling, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with shotfirers, supervisors, and underground production crews

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven underground charge up experience
- Current WA Shot firer’s Licence

- Valid Underground Surface Induction
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and D&A; screening
- Strong safety focus and ability to work in a high‑risk underground environment
