Integration Analyst - Claims (West Perth)

As an Integration Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational improvements within RAC Insurance Claims Services. You will translate strategy into action, drive small-scale projects and initiatives from concept to embedded practice, and enable seamless integration across people, processes and systems.

What you’ll do Working within our Claims Delivery team, you will:
- Coordinate the execution of operational improvements, projects and initiatives across Claims Services.- Facilitate working groups to validate delivery approaches, gain stakeholder endorsement, and support transition-to-operations activities.-
- Partner with stakeholders across all levels
- from executives to frontline specialists
- to embed solutions effectively.- Assess business and people impacts, recommend mitigation strategies, and guide leaders through operational transitions.- Support updates to regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring smooth operational adoption.- Collaborate on the review and refinement of policies, frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement.- Contribute to delivery assurance, reporting, and performance tracking.

What you’ll bring- Proven experience in delivering or integrating operational or project-driven change.- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.- Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (desirable)- Accreditation or demonstrated capability in Project Management, Business Analysis or Organisational Change (highly desirable).
