**Your opportunity**

This is a **12-month contract role** covering an internal secondment — a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and make an impact with one of Australia’s most recognised retail brands.

At Scentre Group, our Marketing team brings Westfield destinations to life — creating engaging customer experiences that connect with our communities. This includes delivering unique events, collaborating with local groups, creating digital content, managing social media accounts, and partnering with retailers to highlight their brands.

Based at **Westfield Carousel** and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the **Marketing Executive** will play a key role in driving standout campaigns and activations. You will help shape marketing strategy, deliver memorable events, strengthen relationships with retail partners, and contribute to the broader Centre Experience Team.

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Lead key centre campaigns from concept to execution, managing timelines and budgets, with a focus on lifestyle, cultural events, and fashion. Key events include Lunar New Year, School Holidays, seasonal fashion, and Christmas.
- Implement the local digital strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the centre’s Marketing Plan, aligning retail energy, local priorities, and strategic programs with budget and resources.
- Assisting with management of the marketing budget, including sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
- Analyse insights and research data to understand customer needs.

This is an onsite role. As part of our asset team, you will support the Duty Manager and from time to time, including working a weekend shift (on a roster), balanced with a day off in lieu.

**You will be**
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experienced in marketing, including event management, brand management, digital and social media, and public relations.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to make decisions, take accountability, and drive high-quality results.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and execution skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in customer experience, digital and social media, research, and analysis.
- Qualified in marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Adaptable to a dynamic, 7-day operational setting.
