Design/drafter (3D Mechanical Modelling) (Perth)

Our client is a respected leader in the Mining sector in Australia, known for their commitment to excellence and continuous innovation and driving development. As a Design / Draftsperson with our client, you will primarily work with Navisworks and SolidWorks 3D modeling tools. Your role will involve designing various components of crushing and screening plants, including walkways, Safety Guarding and Mechanical Support structures etc.

We are seeking individuals with expertise in 3D modeling specific to plant design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 3d Modelling and review
- 2d details drawing
- Process point cloud drawings
- Navisworks and Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling plant design.
- Collaborate with the design team to create detailed plans for crushing and screening plants.
- Assist in area scanning as required during site visits (short-term, occasional
- Site uplift paid).
- Contribute to the ongoing Project success

**You'll need to have**
- Experience across a range of design software, with 3D being a focus e.g NavisWorks/Advance steel/Inventor/Recap/Auto Cad
- Understanding of Australian Standards for Structural/Mechanical design/engineering
- Relevant tertiary Diploma/qualification in Engineering/drafting
