**The Role** **_Kitchen Catering Assistant:_**
- Creating Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps
- Attention to detail
- Preparing the kitchen for the lunchtime rush
- Producing a large range of Miss Maud catering platters
- Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen to ensure all food safety standards are met
- Previous experience in cafe, kitchen, food service or catering roles highly desirable

**Skills and Experience**
- People person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues

**What’s on offer** We have numerous vacancies which offer approximately 15
- 20 hours per week, ideal for university students. We are open shopping centre hours, Monday to Sunday, and can be adaptable with your lifestyle and study commitments. Additional hours and career progression are available to those looking to develop their hospitality skills and develop their career.
