Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a quick-paced operational environment in Perth.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, coordinating bookings, and solving problems quickly in a high-volume phone workplace.

We welcome applicants from customer service, call centers, outbound telesales, transport/logistics, dispatch, retail, and hospitality backgrounds.

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment

Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly

Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates

Maintaining accurate customer and booking records

Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role

Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based environments is highly regarded

Backgrounds in dispatch, bookings, logistics, retail or hospitality are welcome

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A confident and friendly phone manner

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
