Restaurant Host/hostess The Meat & Wine Co Perth

Our Perthrestaurant is looking for experienced and dedicated Restaurant & Reservations Hosts to become part of our professional and hard-working team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.

Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.

Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.

Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.

What we are looking for:

A minimum of 1 year experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry

Previous experience in an A La Carte workplace an advantage

Cash handling experience

Res-diary experience an advantage

Current RSA certificate

Versatile availability over a 7-day rotating roster
