Dog Groomer North Perth

Gentle Paws is looking for a confident and experienced Dog Groomer to join our team in North Perth.

We are not a quick, conveyor-belt style salon. We prioritise quality over quantity, dog wellbeing over speed, and creating a calm, supportive setting for both dogs and staff.

About the Role

You will be responsible for: Full grooms from start to finish (bath, dry, clip, scissor finish) Breed-specific and pet trims Safe handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments Maintaining a clean and organised grooming space Communicating professionally with clients about coat condition and grooming plans Working independently while also being a supportive team member

Requirements Minimum 2 years hands-on grooming experience Confident completing full grooms independently Strong scissoring skills Knowledge of coat types and grooming techniques Gentle handling and patient approach Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Ability to manage time without compromising quality

Certificate II or III in Animal Care or Grooming is highly regarded but not essential if experience is robust.
