The Position

Working closely with a Senior Property Manager, you will be trained and supported across all aspects of a well‑managed portfolio.

Your Duties Include

Assisting with day‑to‑day portfolio management

Conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections

Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors

Coordinating maintenance requests

Processing applications and administration tasks

Learning systems, procedures and best practice PM processes

Delivering excellent customer service

Skills & Experience

Previous inspections or Assistant Property Management experience preferred OR someone recent to the industry with a fantastic attitude to learn

Strong communication skills

Excellent problem‑solving ability

Professional presentation

Solid attention to detail

Positive team attitude
