The Chance This is a 12‐month max term, part‐time role based in our East Perth office, with an immediate start. You'll work around ********* hours per week, with flexibility in how you structure your days. In this role you'll keep the commercial floor running smoothly. You'll handle a mix of admin tasks such as organising meeting rooms, managing mail and couriers, ordering supplies, raising purchase orders, and coordinating catering. You'll also help with maintenance requests and support teams when needed. You'll work mainly with internal stakeholders, becoming a reliable go‐to person across the business. This varies day‐to‐day and suits someone who enjoys staying busy and being involved in a bit of everything. About You You're organised, proactive, and have a can‐do attitude. You're happy to get stuck in, juggle different tasks, and help out wherever needed. You're comfortable with general admin duties and enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things moving. You communicate well, work easily with different teams, and take pride in creating a well‐run, organised environment. Previous experience in an admin or office support role will set you up well.
