What You Will Be Working On At Dale Alcock Homes you will be at the forefront of shaping dream homes for our valued clients. As a New Homes Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences and guiding clients through their home building journey. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and responding to bulk inquiries generated by our brand though various channels, including display office and online platforms
- Supporting and guiding clients through the sales process, providing valuable insights and expert advice
- Conducting engaging display home opens, showcasing our innovative designs, and helping clients envision their dream home
- Assisting clients from initial discussion to key hand over
- This role does include some weekend work at our Display Homes to generate quality in‑person leads and connect with customers. You We are seeking a talented and driven professional who is passionate about sales and possesses a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. As a successful New Homes Consultant at Dale Alcock Homes, you will:
- Have a proven track record as a high-performing sales consultant in the building and construction industry (not essential).
- Demonstrated exceptional sales results and a deep understanding of the customer journey
- Approach sales with a customer centric mindset, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Bring professionalism, passion, and an infectious enthusiasm to the role, creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients
- Proven experience working in a KPI‑driven or performance‑focused environment.
- Resilience and determination to succeed in a sales setting
- Flexibility to work weekends for Home Opens and maximise lead generation.
