Corporate Wellness Instructor (Pilates & Yoga) (Perth)

Role Summary

We’re seeking experienced and professional Pilates & Yoga Instructors to join our network of corporate wellness facilitators in Perth. You’ll lead engaging onsite sessions for employees across a range of workplaces, helping them move, recharge, and feel their best at work.

Success in this role means creating inclusive, energising experiences that leave employees healthier, more motivated, and more connected.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate onsite corporate Pilates and/or yoga sessions for employee groups.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels.
- Adapt classes to suit available spaces, time constraints, and client needs.
- Represent WinBackk professionally, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and strong communication.
- Provide feedback to the WinBackk team to support program quality and innovation.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety practices.
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about promoting wellbeing in corporate settings.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Pilates and/or Yoga Instructor (200hr yoga or recognised Pilates certification minimum).
- Current Professional Indemnity + Public Liability insurance (required).
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering group or workplace classes preferred.

Compensation

Flat rate per class/session, paid on a contract basis. Travel allowance available if sessions are held outside Perth CBD.
