**Role Summary**: The Marketing Technology Specialist is a newly created prospect in our Digital and Campaigns team based at our Perth CBD Offices.

The Marketing Technologist plays a vital role in advancing Synergy's digital marketing landscape by leveraging technology and data-driven strategies. This role contributes to the continuous evolution of marketing solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of our industry. You will provide expert technical consultation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the Digital & Customer Campaigns team, as well as the wider Customer Marketing function.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Collaborate with the digital transformation program to understand and leverage marketing cloud solutions, enabling continuous improvements and support for future initiatives.
- Architect and maintain the overall marketing technology stack, integrating and optimising the use of various marketing technology products to achieve a cohesive and efficient MarTech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in digital and campaigns team to provide strategic input on the adoption of innovative marketing technologies and trends, with a specific focus on enhancing the omnichannel customer experience. Contribute insights and recommendations that align marketing technology initiatives with broader organisational goals, ensuring Synergy remains at the forefront of digital marketing excellence and delivers a seamless omnichannel experience to customers.
- Monitor the performance of marketing technology products and ensure that they meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proactively identify and address performance issues, downtime, or bottlenecks to maintain uninterrupted campaign execution.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 7+ years’ experience in a similar digital marketing/technology role
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Marketing or related area
- Experience in marketing technology platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation and data analytics software.
- Effective stakeholders and partner management.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud, Sitecore and Adobe Suite will be highly regarded.
