Medical Receptionist (Perth)

Great opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Receptionist based at our **Claremont** clinic in a **Full-time capacity.**

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with your Office Supervisor and Site Chief to ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic
- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

**You Will Have**
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Eagerness to learn a current industry with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks at any one time.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services is highly desirable
