About The Role Take charge of front desk operations as a Customer Service Coordinator and be the first point of contact for our vibrant student community. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support residents through move‑ins and maintenance and contribute to community initiatives to facilitate seamless operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
- Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
- Oversee resident check‑ins/check‑outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks. Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
- Ability to commit to a full‑time position (38 hours per week). Perks
