Site Supervisor - Commercial Construction (Perth)

The Opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key leadership role on site, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme activities and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme requirements
- Drive site safety and maintain compliance with HSE requirements
- Monitor quality outcomes and ensure works are completed to specification
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate project activities
- Manage site logistics, programming and sequencing of works
- Identify and proactively resolve construction issues
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Work closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to achieve successful project outcomes About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders
- Strong focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction
- Sound knowledge of construction regulations and compliance requirements
