Your Recent Role The AFG Brand & Acquisition team in Perth is looking for a talented and organised Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and content across a portfolio of brands including AFG, AFG Home Loans, Mortgage Advice Bureau and BrokerEngine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing
- Brand and Acquisition, you’ll be a key contributor to a high-performing team — coordinating campaigns from brief to delivery, managing content across multiple platforms, and acting as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the business. You will also:
- Coordinate campaign activity across multiple brands, managing deadlines, approvals and production tasks to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery.
- Draft briefs and liaise with internal design and digital teams, as well as external suppliers as needed.
- Draft, proof and publish content across email, social media and digital platforms.
- Manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the Brand & Acquisition Marketing Manager.
- Assist with asset updates, content loading and CMS coordination across platforms including HubSpot and SharePoint.
- Be a key point of contact for stakeholders submitting marketing requests, prioritising and managing briefs through Asana.
- Coordinate updates and campaign assets for broker communications, internal campaigns and strategic projects.
- Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and reporting templates.
- Coordinate compliance reviews and legal approvals where required.
- Collate campaign performance data and support the preparation of post-campaign reviews and presentations.
- Provide event, print and collateral support as needed across campaigns. Please note this role may require occasional interstate travel. About You You are a detail-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality work across multiple priorities. A natural collaborator, you’ll bring energy and initiative to everything you do, and you’ll be comfortable working across several distinct brand identities at once. To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, with demonstrated experience coordinating campaigns and content across multiple brands or business units.
- Be highly organised, deadline-driven and confident managing competing priorities without dropping the ball.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading ability.
- Have experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Asana (preferred).
- Be familiar with brand guidelines and creative processes, with the ability to brief creative teams effectively.
- Bring a positive, proactive “can do” attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
