We are seeking a motivated and organised Project & Procurement Manager to join our Sewer & Water team based in Kings Park. This is an excellent prospect for someone with project coordination, procurement or infrastructure administration experience to step into a specialised and highly sought-after sector working on Sydney Water infrastructure projects. Candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply. About the Role Working closely with our Sewer & Water Department Manager, you will assist in coordinating projects through all stages including applications, approvals, procurement, construction support and project close-out. Key responsibilities include
- Coordinating Sydney Water applications, approvals and project documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors, developers and authorities
- Supporting procurement and contractor coordination activities
- Managing project timeframes, inspections and sign-offs
- Working collaboratively with internal engineering, surveying and project teams
- Assisting with stakeholder communication across multiple active projects
- Using Sydney Water systems including Hydra and eDeveloper (training provided) About You You are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Project Coordination
- Procurement or Contract Administration
- Civil Construction or Utilities Administration
- Infrastructure or Development Support
- Engineering Administration
- Local Government or Authority Liaison You will also bring:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- A professional and solutions-focused approach
