Principal Consultant – Contaminated Land (Perth)

This is a chance to step into a senior role within one of WA’s strongest contaminated land teams. You will join a group known for technical depth, a supportive culture, and the ability to deliver on complex projects across the state. There’s a very healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond — covering mine closure and decommissioning, legacy industrial sites, upstream oil & gas decommissioning, major transport infrastructure, renewable energy, and Defence. You will get flexibility (around two days a week WFH), extra time off when travelling regionally, and approachable technical leaders who value collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing. - Lead projects across the full lifecycle of contaminated site assessment and remediation
- Provide technical quality reviews and sign-off
- Mentor and coach junior staff, building capability across the team
- Develop and manage client relationships across mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and industrial sectors
- Contribute to growth initiatives and help set the direction of the practice About You


- Significant experience in contaminated land and groundwater consulting (Associate to Principal level)
- Strong understanding of WA’s contaminated sites regulatory framework
- Proven experience leading complex site assessments and subcontractors
- Comfortable building client relationships and providing strategic advice
