About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth, WA. This is a hands-on role responsible for developing and executing Blasta Brewing's marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Planning, developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and drive lead generation Creating and managing engaging content across digital platforms including social media, website, email newsletters and blogs Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences and opportunities for growth Managing and optimising CRM systems and marketing databases to support campaigns and ensure data integrity Coordinating social media activities across all platforms to build brand awareness and audience engagement Designing and producing graphic content for digital and print projects using tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator Managing Facebook Ads and other paid digital advertising campaigns, optimising performance and reach Maintaining and updating the company website (WordPress or equivalent) Tracking and analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing reports and insights to refine strategy Supporting end-to-end event planning and execution Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing activities with broader business goals Nurturing strategic industry relationships and partnerships to expand market reach Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital channels Proficiency in social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Solid graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in Google Analytics and digital campaign performance reporting Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience in website management (WordPress or equivalent) Desirable Familiarity with the hospitality, food and beverage or craft beer industry Experience with video editing (CapCut or equivalent) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator How to Apply Applications must be submitted in English.
