About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing and Communications Lead to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand and support organisational growth. This role reports to the Brand and Marketing Manager and is a key senior contributor within the marketing team. ⏰Permanent, Part Time, 0.5FTE – 0.6FTE ????Coolbinia based, with flexible work options (we welcome applications from those wishing to work school hours) In This Role, You Will Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to delivery Develop and execute internal and external communications Create engaging content (articles, case studies, thought leadership) Manage digital marketing across social, website, email and paid channels Monitor campaign performance and optimise results using data insights Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver aligned outcomes Support events and campaign activations Ensure brand consistency across all channels About You You’re a proactive, organised marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery. You Will Bring 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns Solid writing and storytelling skills Experience across digital platforms (social, email, ads, analytics) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels A collaborative, team-focused mindset Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required checks (NDIS Workers Screening, National Police Clearance, etc) At Ability WA, we care about finding the right fit.
