- Full Time FTE: 1.0 Location: East Perth Closing Date: 2026-06-18 4:30 PM This is a one (1) month fixed term, full-time position commencing ASAP with possible extension (3 months) and/or permanency Service Design and Support provides the shared functions and support needed to provide better services to schools. It also coordinates, implements and supports programs, initiatives, and special projects. Its purpose is to provide strategy, policy and program oversight and operational support to Statewide Services. The Role The Learning Systems Project Officer provides specialist expertise and support in relation to the design, development and monitoring of online professional learning courses and the use of learning management systems. They maintain an awareness of contemporary trends, standards and methodologies in online learning in relation to workplace training and adult learning. This position provides support to manage projects related to online learning initiatives and systems and quality assure learning resources with a focus on accessibility. You will build, evaluate and review online learning programs and resources in liaison with business areas and coordinate any required changes within procedural and timeline constraints. Demonstrated well developed conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and generate strategies to deliver key project outcomes. 4. Demonstrated well developed organisational and project management skills, including the ability to deliver products, services and projects within agreed timeframes.
