Description
Job Overview Provide business support to the Customer Strategy and Communications division (CSAC), delivering administrative and management services that enable the division to operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include financial and contract management, reporting, coordination of policies and meetings, and support for key initiatives. The role oversees the CSAC administration team, leads delivery of customer‑focused services, ensures high‑quality project documentation, accurate data entry, and timely reporting. It provides expert advice on business management matters, prepares and monitors budgets, drafts contracts and procurement documentation, acts as secretariat for meetings, performs research and investigations, develops and maintains secure administrative systems, and identifies opportunities for process improvement. The role also serves as Divisional Risk Coordinator, supports branches within CSAC such as special events and public art, and contributes to joint ticketing agreements, finance, invoicing, and meetings. Qualifications & Experience
- Experience providing high‑level administrative and business support, including financial management for projects and/or operational budgets, ideally within a complex or public sector environment.
- Leadership capability with ability to influence, motivate and support others, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate within a team.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Benefits
