About The Role The Group Executive Communications Lead is part of the People and Performance team and plays a critical role partnering with our Executive team to deliver strategic communications to our globally dispersed employees. The Executive Communications Lead is a creative and highly organised individual, who champions the delivery of CTM’s internal communications strategy. This role plays a key part in connecting employees across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones; by bringing our purpose, priorities, and culture to life through engaging, on-brand communications. With a strong passion for employee engagement and culture, the Executive Communications Lead creates targeted communications meaningful content at scale and speed. Responsibilities Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and brand across all internal channels. Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to advise, draft, shape, and deliver clear, high-impact organisation-wide internal communications that drive alignment and engagement across various channels Establish and manage internal Executive communication channels including supporting Executives to respond to two-way communication channels with employees. Manage Executive presence and logistics of worldwide employee town halls. Partner with key stakeholders including marketing, investor relations, and media advisors, to ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages. Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders, showcasing CTM’s brand, values and culture. Develop, curate and deliver engaging internal content including but not limited to articles, presentations, newsletters, videos, and additional multi-media as required. Design, edit and publish visual and multimedia content including short-form video and imagery in tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite. Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to proactively improve communications across CTM. Experience & Skills Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, HR, or a related discipline. 5–8+ years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a similar role in a complex, global organisation. Proven experience partnering with senior executives (ELT/SLT) to develop and deliver high-impact communication strategies and messaging. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging. High-level content creation skills across multiple formats including presentations, newsletters, articles, video, and digital platforms. Proficiency in internal communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suites Why CTM?
