Receptionist / Dental Assistant Maven Dental Morley Perth

Company Description

Maven Dental Morley is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our practice in a dual Receptionist / Dental Assistant role. This part‑time position is Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am–5:15 pm. The role is primarily reception-based; you’ll also support the clinical team with Dental Assisting duties when teammates are on leave or unwell.

Job Description

Manage front‑of‑house duties, including patient check‑ins, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries. Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth patient experience. Assist chairside when required, following clinical protocols and infection control standards. Maintain accurate patient records and support daily practice operations. Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Experienced DA/Receptionist with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above. Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is desirable. Proficient in dental terminology and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a quick‑paced setting.
