About the role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate III in Hospitality in Bunbury, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our students and supporting their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Hospitality in classroom and/or virtual environments.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with students to support their learning journey

Provide feedback and support to students on their progress and assessment outcomes

Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements

Participate in professional development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in training and assessment

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)

Relevant industry experience in hospitality or a related field

Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly efficient time management and organisational skills

Current National Police Clearance

Salary: $70,000.00 per year
