Store Person / LF Forklift Operator - $80k + Super – Day …, Kings Park

Fuse Recruitment are partnering with a busy distribution warehouse in Kings Park who are seeking an experienced Storeperson and Forklift Operator to work in a standalone role.

You will join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position in a small warehouse environment and wants stable weekday hours with a long-term opportunity.

- Monday to Friday
- $80K + Super
- Flexible hours (6–2, 7–3, 8–4, 9–5)
- Standalone position with full responsibility
- Operating Linde counterbalance & high reach forklifts
- Working with major client such as, Mitsubishi, Sydney University, Real estate companies and more! Warehouse Setup:

- Small site (4 aisles of racking, 4 levels high)
- Pick to paper system
- Shared receiving/dispatch dock
- You will spend the first 12 months being trained by the current warehouse leading hand Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving & dispatch (same dock)
- Order picking, pick packing & pick to paper (No RF Scanning)
- Palletising & shrink wrapping
- Counterbalance forklift duties Loading/unloading trucks & containers (last truck 3pm daily)
- High Reach forklift duties up to 4 racks high, picking, replenishment and putaways
- Managing all inbound/outbound freight
- Stock control, monitoring & organisation
- Data entry into WMS
- Checking deliveries, taking photos of stock received and outgoing, matching paperwork to client orders
- Client order confirmations (paper-based)
- Kitting & multi-order preparation, orders can be single picks or bulk orders of 100+ items
- Signing in delivery drivers
- Preparing for next day despatch and receiving
- Full warehouse organisation, stock and inventory control What We’re Looking For: This role suits a self-motivated, hands-on Storeperson who thrives working independently and takes full ownership of their responsibilities. Ideal for someone from a small or family-run warehouse who understands the importance of accuracy, organisation, and reliability. The right candidate is confident operating forklifts, comfortable with both physical and admin tasks, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong safety focus.

You will have the following experience:

- 5+ years experience in warehousing and logistics
- LF forklift licence (counterbalance & high reach experience)
- Experience working in small/family-style businesses
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset
- Experience loading/unloading B-doubles & semi-trailers
- Confident operating High reach forklifts (up to 4–5 racks)
- Pick to paper, palletising & shrink wrapping experience
- WMS experience (SAP, Netsuite or similar)
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Ability to multitask across physical & admin duties
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong safety focus
- Reliable, organised & proactive
- The ability to manage a stand alone role and take full accountability for the order picking functions
