About the role This role offers a unique opportunity to transition your finance or accounting expertise into technology. You will support ERP implementations and drive digital transformation for diverse clients, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities will include
- Conduct effective business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Design solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead scoping sessions and workshops with executive-level stakeholders.
- Configure and customise ERP software based on client needs.
- Develop and maintain communication plans for projects.
- Manage systems implementation and integrations.
- Deliver software training to end-users.
- Ensure high-level project outcomes and customer excellence. Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Essential:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role working with financial or ERP software.
- Solid business analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial systems (super user experience considered).
- Passion for technology and enterprise cloud software. Desirable:
- Financial/Accounting qualifications and/or experience.
- Experience in solutions design and systems integration.
- Administrator, support, or implementation experience with ERP Financials software.
