- Managing the day to day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with your property owners
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work
- Handle tenant inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage tenant leases, renewals, and terminations
- Collect and manage rental accounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and contractors Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential property manager
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setting
- Experience with Property Tree management software an advantage
- Valid and current property management registration
