Parts Interpreter/Parts sales assistant (Perth)

- Process warranty claims and customer requests in line with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with dealers to manage stock and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide training and coordinate parts logistics
- Interpret technical drawings and offer parts advice to the dealer network
- Source, stock, and distribute spare parts
- Assist with online parts store setup and recent vehicle inspections Qualifications
- Preferred : Cert III in automotive trade, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Experience in Aftersales, Service, or Parts
- Strong customer service and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
