Our recent projects span across a range of different sectors including but not limited to defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise developments. What you’ll do:
- Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
- Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients;
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally;
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team;
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers;
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting. About You
- 5-10 years industry experience
- Commercial experience in Australia on medium/large building structures engineering projects is essential.
- Exposure across a range of local building sectors, e.g., transport, health, retail, defence;
- Solid proficiency in all round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
- Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
